Called to see how long wait list was. Was pretty rude could have been more professional was told i don’t know no further information.

Ken was extremely professional and polite. Very direct and informative about my issue. Up front about potential cost and labor time before building the quote. Once he built the quote, he was almost spot on cost wise. I haven't personally used them yet, but we'll be taking my vehicles to him when it comes to Repairs due to the professionalism i received this morning.

I needed to replace the plates on my car and couldn’t do it myself because the screws were so rusted and needed to be drilled out. The Toyota dealership was going to charge us $60 for every screw that needed to be drilled out. I called Fleenor and Robert’s Christmas Eve morning. They got us in right away, drilled out and replaced the screws, and put my plates on free of charge. What a surprising kind and helpful experience over the holidays. I will be recommending any one in the Decatur area there. Thank you so very much! Merry Christmas!

Went in for elec window repair. Fair price and timely service. As an aside, I asked them to check my battery charge, if bad, I'll get a battery as well. They told me it was fine for now. He knew I would have purchased a battery that day with his advice to do so. It's so nice to have a mechanic you can trust.

We were on a trip and my car had basically stopped working. They got us in even though they were busy and packed. Just have to say they are awesome people that fixed our car when we were a little down and were basically out of options. Super grateful for people like them! Would definitely go back to them if in the area! Thankyou!
